Based in the East Midlands our fabrication facilities are ideally located to serve the whole of the country and with nearby access to the A38 and the M1 Motorway abnormal loads can easily be moved.

Our comprehensive workshops include the following;

Main Fabrication Shop 15,000 Sq ft

• General fabrication equipment for 12 Platers.
• 2 Band Saws with section cutting capacity of 686x254x170 UB’s
• 2 x 5t overhead cranes with a hook height of 6.000m and workshop width of 18.000m

Fittings Shop 3000 Sq ft

• Esprit HPR260 Plasma Cutter 9.000m x 2.000m cutting bed with cutting capacities of up to 50mm in mild steel. See Profiling for further details of our cutting service.
• Geka Hydracrop 110/A Punch & Cropper.
• Large capacity radial arm drill.
• 1 x 4t crane.

Secondary Steel Fabrication Shop 3,500 Sq ft

• Large Jig Table.
• Piranha 50t punch/cropper.
• Ring rollers.
• Plate bender.
• Scalloping machine.

Shot Blasting

• We have our own onsite Shot-Blast facilities.

Paint Shop 5,000 Sq ft

• 5t crane.
